Vanity Plate

My brother-in-law Rudi who lives up in Minne, got a vanity license plate for his vehicle. I don't know why he is advertising the information and I feel kinda sorry for his wife Errin.

    He has a license plate that says "Too Insure?" That's not very interesting.

    It's ironic because Rudi is so hard to insure because of:
    1) tree falling on house
    2) car being stolen
    3) car accident
    4) groin surgery
