When I saw this new invention on TV I immediately thought of Rudi. The Omlet Pan would be a great addition to the Destic's countertop. The great thing about it is that it automatically flips the omlet with the flip of a switch.

Egg whites should be ok...they are mostly protein
I dunno...will Errin let that in the kitchen? Won't go with the All-Clad...
we don't actually use the All-Clad since it is the nicest thing we own and do not want to ruin it. they are still neatly packed away in their original boxes. instead, we eat out everyday, except for breakfast - the egg mcmuffin maker has got that taken care of.
