Saturday Afternoon

On Saturday we went to the Memphis Italian Festival with our neighbors, Amy, Robert and Lauren. It is similar to the BBQ festival, but instead of having teams to make BBQ, you have teams to make gravy (red sauce). A guy who Beth goes to school with was on the "Lords of the Rigatoni" team. After hanging out there for about an hour, it got to be to hot for the girls, so we headed back home to hang out by the pool.

Libby and Lauren played in the pool for about 3 hours. They loved emptying the pool out so it had to be refilled numerous times.

It was Lauren's first Popsicle and she loved it. As much made it on her face as it did in her mouth.

Libby has become an old pro at eating Popsicles and doesn't like to share them anymore with me. But that is OK, as she enjoys dipping them in her pool between licks.
